1. Where will you park the bus?

We're all about finding the perfect spot for your party! We'll try to park in a level and flat area that makes the most sense for your event. Sometimes, we might park in your neighborhood street, so a heads up to your neighbors would be cool (just in case they're curious). You can also let us know if you have a preferred spot in mind. Safety first, though – we won't park anywhere that might cause a danger to anyone or anything. 🚧

2. Is there a place for food?

As much as we love a good snack, we want to keep the gaming zone clean and safe. So, no food inside the lounge area, please. But don't worry – you can chow down before the event and enjoy your favorite drinks while you game with VIP Mobile Entertainment! 🍕🥤

3. Can we smoke inside the truck?

Sorry, no smoking inside our entertainment lounge. We're all about keeping things clean and smoke-free. So, if you need to smoke, make sure to do it at least 15 feet away from the vehicle. Thanks for keeping it fresh! 🚭

4. What areas do you service?

We're based in Southfield, MI, and we're ready to bring the gaming magic within a 30-mile radius of our location. If your party's a little farther away, no worries! There might be a small additional fee, but we'll make sure your gaming extravaganza happens! 🗺️

5. Do I have to tip the lounge assistant?

Our lounge butler is here to make sure you have the time of your life during our luxury interactive experience. Tipping for excellent service is a great idea, but totally not required. 💰😊

6. What's the refund/cancellation policy

We totally get it – sometimes plans change. If you need to cancel after making the payment, there's a $100 cancellation fee. Sorry, no refund for cancellations within 14 days of your event. But hey, if things shift around, we'll do our best to reschedule without any penalties!

7. How many peeps can game in the truck?

We can accommodate 12-15 kids, in our super spacious and state-of-the-art game truck! It's the ultimate gaming haven on wheels, and everyone's invited to join the fun!

While we don't maintain a specific gaming list, our inventory boasts 5 gaming consoles, including PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series S. Each console comes loaded with approximately 8 to 10 exciting game titles.
